Shipping
Once you have ordered one or more items and the order and payment have been completed, your item will be posted within 5 working days (except weekends and holidays). If, contrary to expectations, the package does not appear, you should contact your nearest post office and ask for it. It sometimes happens that it is available for collection without the recipient having received a collection slip.
NOTE: Check carefully whether you should have received a collection slip, and make sure that the address on your mailbox is the same as the one you placed your order for.
If we receive the package back, you will of course hear from us.
Privacy policy and security
None of the information entered during a transaction is passed on or sold to third parties.
Our entire website is encrypted with HTTPS security. When you are forwarded to our payment window, it is SSL encrypted and therefore you can be sure that the information you entered will never be shared with anyone else, not even ourselves.
Delivery terms

We send our packages with Dao, GLS or Postnord.
It is important that you remember to pick up your package from the selected parcel shop, if it has been delivered there, otherwise your order will be sent back to us. If we receive the package back, you will of course hear from us.
Right of return
You have a 14-day right of return, where you must pay the postage for the return shipping yourself. Please include your name and invoice number with the returned items. All items MUST be returned in original and undamaged packaging, i.e. any boxes must be in the same condition as when received. Various fuses/stickers must be unbroken.
The refund of the item will be made within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.
If there are any problems or anything else, you are always welcome to contact me. I am only interested in fully satisfied customers. There is a solution to every problem.
Payment terms
We accept payment with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB. In the case of a refund, it can take up to 10 working days before you can see the money back in your account.
We do not deduct the payment from your account before the item has been shipped from us.
Right of complaint
According to the legislation on online commerce, there is of course a right of complaint. This means that you have a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year right of complaint if the purchased item turns out to have a defect that was present when you received the item.

I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website accurately reflect the colors the product actually has. This may depend on your computer settings, among other things.
